What will others see if I request 360 feedback?

If the survey you've been assigned has a 360 degree element then once you've completed your survey you'll see a link in your dashboard to the link to send out to your peers.  You choose who you send the link to.  Those you invite to give feedback on you will see the scales that have been assigned to the survey relevant for 360 feedback.  In other words, peers will only be asked about your leadership behaviours towards them or others, not about their perceptions of your health or wellbeing.  

Those you ask for feedback will NOT see any of your results.  They will just see the survey they've been sent.  They will NOT be required to register on the platform and the platform will NOT hold any personal or identifiable data about them.  They responses will be anonymous and you will only see aggregated/averaged responses from 3 or more respondents on your results dashboard.
