TEXL is simple to use.
It has multiple different elements to what it can do for you and you might be wondering where to start, so we've put together an infographic to help you navigate your way around what you can do with TEXL (note that the selecting and retaking scale by individual participants is in development and launching summer 2023).
The 3 user types are:
Individual Participant (i.e. a leader wanting to develop)
Peer/Other (i.e to give 360 feedback)
Survey Creator (i.e researcher or employer)
